While serving in IT for almost 20 years, holding a range of positions including Director of Information Technology, Wendy’s interest expanded into coaching and professional development. This prompted her to pursue a doctorate degree, focusing on creating and delivering high-quality training. Dr. Wendy Norfleet leads a team of highly qualified professionals that work with individuals and corporations to provide strategic solutions. In this role, she is driven by her desire to inspire and develop others. Wendy’s strengths are her extensive IT background, determination, creativity, and leadership experience. Dr. Norfleet is a firm believer in giving back. She serves as the immediate past president for Jacksonville Chamber’s Information Technology Council (JITC), board chair for the Pace Center for Girls Clay, and on the board of directors for Synapse Florida. She is an alumnus of Leadership Jacksonville and a long-time mentor for Take Stock in Children.
