I have had the privilege to launch, and to lead teams launching, 75+ medical devices, services, and software products. These grew revenues by more than $1 billion. My teams taught me key processes to build winning business plans, to guide product development, and to create great web and traditional advertising, promotions, and events. I build integrated campaigns for major and early stage clients such as Medtronic, Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, Kleiner Device Labs, and IBM. I was recruited to lead Peak Heart Inc., providing cardiac services to hospital ORs, ERs, and clinics. As CEO, I raised Seed funding, made our early sales, hired an all-star team, and together, we built an industry-changing medical services model. Since then, I have had the good fortune to serve CEOs, Commercial, and R&D leaders in commercial consulting and program management rolls. Colleagues know me as a creative marketer who can always be trusted to come up with new approaches and who works well with people at all levels in the organization.
