I have over twenty years' experience as an entrepreneur, largely in the technology and social venture worlds. I have founded, served on the board of directors, and/or worked as COO/CFO of numerous companies, including Akonia Holographics, The Chotin Group, Think Like a Genius, Inspire Commerce, Dynamac Computer, KULA Causes, and Psi-Phi Technology Corporation. In addition, through my company Rayo Strategic Partners, I have advised numerous organizations on financial, operational and strategic issues, and have helped raise significant funds. My career began in investment banking where I specialized in structured financing programs and arbitrage. I became Vice President and Director of a $billion bond issuer by age 27, but felt that my interests were more in line with making positive social impact via leading edge, entrepreneurial endeavors and I've never looked back.
