Ms. Clarke founded Concertiv, Inc. in 2014 and built an innovative tech-enabled business services platform providing savings through group purchasing and spend-management data and analytics to a client base comprising global financial and professional services firms. Concertiv's foundational network members include Lazard, PJT Partners, PW Partners, Moelis, Greenhill, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Centerbridge, Wachtell, Lipton, and Paul Weiss, among others. As CEO of Concertiv, Ms. Clarke focused on network growth, financial activities and reporting, and provided strategic vision for the product roadmap. Highest standards for service delivery and annual customer savings drove 25 -- 30% Y-o-Y growth in customer base and a 96% renewal rate. Ms. Clarke led Concertiv through two rounds of capital raising while managing robust growth. Recruited to Ameritech, a RBOC, to join its corporate development team, she focused on investing in Information Services and early Internet companies. She joined Advance Inc. to invest in and develop business models for Internet-based content companies. Ms. Clarke led a turnaround of G2X, a NYC-based early Insurtech software and services company and sold the software business to Cisco Systems. Ms. Clarke returned to Wall Street to Houlihan Lokey. She worked in strategy and operations at its Los Angeles headquarters. She left Houlihan Lokey in 2015 to build Concertiv, Inc. Houlihan was a launch customer joining five peer global financial services firms. Ms. Clarke held board roles at Peapod, Open Market, Third Age Media, LockStar, New Century Media, G2X Software, Kamoon, and Concertiv, Inc. She is a member of Golden Seeds, Rockies Venture Club, Chicago Both Angel Network, and SLoFIG angel networks.
