IT Operations Management ◊ Team Leadership ◊ Customer Service Everyone has a story. My story in IT began while serving in the US Air Force where I held a TS/SCI security clearance and was involved in the management and reporting of sensitive intelligence data, eventually transitioning to highly classified computer systems administration. After the USAF, I enjoyed a 17-year career with a long-term healthcare provider, Presbyterian Homes of GA, where I progressed into multiple roles from Engineer to IT Director. This brings me to where I currently am today in a role that I thoroughly enjoy as the Vice President of Information Technology for one of the country’s largest non-profit Federally Qualified Health Centers. In this role, I get to perform in areas that I absolutely love: IT Program & Project Management, Customer Service, and Collaboration. Allow me to bring you up to speed with some of my accomplishments: • Successfully implemented a BYOD program that will save the company over $200k annually. • Joined a coalition that is eligible for USAC federal funding for rural healthcare providers saving the company over $400k annually. • Pioneered the development of an innovative program that offered internet, email, telephony, and technical support services to the 1,000 facility residents. I also am very collaborative person and anyone who knows me will tell you that I am dedicated to keeping my teams motivated and focused at all times. Outside of the world of IT, I enjoy Motorsports (motorcycle racing, sports car racing) and outdoor activities (hiking, skiing, motorcycling). I think that it’s extremely important for a person to maintain an equal work/life balance. Specialties Include: Strategic planning, Process Improvement, Change Management, Systems Integration, Vendor Management, Troubleshooting, Healthcare Information Technology, and Systems Administration.
