Prior to DCP Midstream, Purnima spent 9 years with Flex in San Jose, as the VP of Business Transformation, Global Procurement and Supply Chain; VP of IT, and beginning as the Senior Director of IT. Flex is the Sketch-to-Scale® solutions provider that designs and builds intelligent products globally. Flex had approximately 200,000 employees across 30 countries, providing innovative design, engineering, manufacturing, real-time supply chain insight and logistics services to companies of all sizes across industries and markets. Prior to Flex, Purnima spent nine years with Cadence Design Systems as the Director of IT and responsible for global application management for Finance, HR, Order Management and more. She also has been in leadership positions with Cadence Design Systems in San Jose, and Tata Motors based in Mumbai, India. Throughout her career, Purnima has become a Business Transformation executive with 25+ years of global corporate experience in medium to large multi-national companies spanning across multiple industries like Oil & Gas, High Tech, Automotive, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. In the community, Purnima is very involved a variety of leadership positions including on the Board for the Colorado Technology Association, Co-Chair of the Denver CIO Inner Circle, and in fundraising roles for organizations including the March of Dimes and Silicon Valley Education Foundation.
