Executive with deep experience in all aspects of technology communications, from major agencies to internal roles to founder and CEO of an independent firm, 104 West Partners, a nationally recognized strategic communications firm with offices in Denver, San Francisco and Austin/San Antonio. Extensive work with major brands, including Twitter, Cisco, HP, AOL/Mapquest, NTT and Canon, as well as innovators, including Webroot, Mojo Vision, Vimeo/Magisto, project44, Seeqc and Digital Chocolate, among many others. Since 2003 at 104 West and before in other roles, I have developed market presences for categories like digital photography, spyware, mobile games, AR/VR, quantum computing, AI and machine learning, video marketing, various security applications and virtual private networks, and others. I have worked with some of the most accomplished founders and CEOs in the technology industry, including Jack Dorsey, Trip Hawkins, Nolan Bushnell, John Sculley, Jeremy Jaech, Lew Platt and Eckhardt Pfeiffer, as well as numerous other entrepreneurs and executives. I have also worked extensively with venture capital firms, conferences and organizations, presenting to assembled portfolio companies, launching conferences like the Colorado Venture Summit and Growth Capital in the Rockies and creating new components to Venture Capital in the Rockies. 104 West is a member of the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association. I am also deeply involved in the Denver arts community, serving for several years on the Executive Committee |including as president | of the Board of Trustees of the Colorado Children's Chorale, one of the pre-eminent children's performing institutions in the world. In 2013, I was named Top 50 Tech PR people by Business Insider. In 2014, 104 West was named one of the best firms for Startups. In 2015, I was named one of the Top 100 Tech PR Professionals in the World. In 2018, 104 West was named a finalist Boutique Agency of the Year by PR Week. In 2021, 104 West was named one of the Best PR Firms for 2021 by Forbes Magazine.
