Ensures strategic and operational alignment with hospital business objectives and hospital, division, and enterprise Information Technology and Services goals and objectives. · Led numerous IT infrastructure upgrades that included hospital wide phone system upgrade to VoIP, a replacement of the hospital’s 200+ access point wireless network; deployment of 100+ Cisco security cameras and management server; high-availability upgrades to the data closets’ power and cooling; and O/S upgrades of the hospital’s computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10. · Implemented a virtual sitter solution that decreased the physical sitter need and saved the hospital up to $20,000 per month. · Coordinated several clinical workflow enhancements that include deployment of iPhones to clinical staff utilizing clinical messaging and patient status app, planning and deployment of Evidence Based Clinical Documentation enhancements to nursing workflow in the hospital EMR; and software and hardware upgrades to all of the hospitals Pharmacy and Anesthesia Pyxis cabinets.
