* Supported telemedicine initiatives by creating a partnership between HCA Healthcare and Alaska’s leading telecommunications carrier, GCI, enabling remote rural and urban Providers with low-cost HIPAA compliant managed services connectivity platform for access to HCA Healthcare services. * In-house custom developed technologies scaled across HCA to include a surgical services patient tracker workflow tool with real-time location services (RTLS) and a patient scheduling tool with automated appointment reminders integrated with multiple EMRs. * Created vendor partnerships improving operations and patient care scaled across HCA to include an oncology patient navigation platform for the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute of HCA Healthcare providing convenient access to cutting-edge therapies for patients facing cancer across the United States. * Bringing new innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) startup companies like Viz.ai with Deep Learning (DL) into HCA for Stroke early detection improving Door-to-Groin Puncture Times savings lives and improving patient outcomes, and EonDirect for multi-disease state patient navigation capabilities with our EMR data warehouse to capture patient leakage with Natural Language Processing (NLP) AI. As well as leading in-house developed AI intellectual property providing predictive early detection of patients with signs of emergent risk of septic shock. * Leadership contribution to St. David’s Healthcare achieving the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award on November 12th, 2014, the nation’s highest presidential honor to organizations for performance excellence through innovation, improvement and visionary leadership.
