I am an attorney with a behavioral neuroscience and forensic psychology background. One of the services MINDSET offers is consultation and science education related to both civil and criminal cases—for both the prosecution and the defense, plaintiff and defendant—we welcome all clients. The goal of our case consultation practice is to educate lawyers and judges and help lawyers use respected, peer-reviewed published science to support their legal arguments. More broadly however, we are interested in helping the legal system make better, more informed decisions by incorporating evidence-based information. MINDSET provides products and services designed to make brain injury science and expertise accessible to attorneys and their clients.
