•Manage the IT Department’s $100 million budget including: reconciling, monitoring current spending, as well as producing monthly standard and ad hoc reports. •Directs process of monthly and periodic invoices (BPOs, 1197s and Payment Requests); orders and contracts including large, complex bills utilizing programs such as Lawson and Excel. Performs research activities as needed. •Conducts month-end and year-end accruals for all accounting units within the IT department. •Oversees and monitors the bi-weekly productivity reports and assists senior management with creation of staffing strategies. •Monitors and validates biweekly productivity report’s accuracy and assists in negotiating new targets, as needed. •Participation in creation of annual plans, lean initiatives and A3 problem solving. •Directs all departmental Human Resource functions to include: payroll, annual training, maintenance of personnel files, on-boarding/off-boarding position activities, etc. •Ensures all 200+ IT staff performance evaluations are current to include vaccinations, annual training and PPD compliance. •Supervises the administrative team. Activities include hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, and remedial actions, when warranted. •Works closely with Finance, AP, Legal, Purchasing and other departments on all financial paperwork processing. •Oversees the access database entry and ad-hoc reporting for communications and computer equipment, including software inventory. •Oversees the administrative support activities for the senior management team. •Participates in numerous projects as needed (e.g., LifeLink Help Desk/Call Center [defacto call center manager]) and SSN Reduction Badge Fair. •Completes Lawson Activity number creation and management.
