As Managing Director and Lead of Accenture Payments in North America, I help our clients take advantage of the digital payments era to improve their customer experience and grow their business. Over the course of my 30 years in the financial services industry, I have spent the past 15 years working with companies across the retail and commercial payments value chain—guiding networks, issuers, acquirers and third-party providers to make the shift to real-time, mobile-first and highly-secure payments solutions. This includes serving as Chief Strategy Officer of First Data, where I also led the company’s global prepaid division. As CEO and Chairman of Mocapay, I oversaw the launch of first-to-market digital payments products, including the industry’s first mobile gift card and secured patents on on authenticating digital transactions. When I’m not advising clients on digital payments, I enjoy biking the Rocky Mountains and skiing in Colorado, where I live, and participating in mission trips that directly aid underserved communities.
