Kenzie Ferguson is an accomplished and recognized leader with more than 15 years of experience driving corporate philanthropy and broader social impact strategies. As vice president of the Delta Dental Community Care Foundation and corporate social responsibility (CSR) at Delta Dental of California, Ms. Ferguson oversees Delta Dental's strategic vision and direction of charitable and philanthropic giving, community service, and associated social impact programs. Before joining Delta Dental, Ms. Ferguson built an award-winning department as the director of CSR at TE Connectivity and executive director of the TE Connectivity Foundation. Under Kenzie's leadership, TE Connectivity signed on to the United Nations Global Compact, was recognized by Newsweek in its Top 100 Green Rankings, and was listed on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index North America. Ms. Ferguson is also a published author with articles featured in peer-reviewed journals, including the International Journal of Teaching and Case Studies and Technology Innovation Management Review. Ms. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Business Administration degree from Nyenrode University in the Netherlands. She is currently a Ph.D. student at the International School of Business in Paris.
