We give up the best hours of our days and the best years of our lives for work, and we should love it. I have spent the better part of my life helping people use their gifts to be the best they can be at work. As the CEO and Founder of Turning the Corner, LLC. I help people connect to work they love, while transforming workplace culture to retain top talent, increase productivity, and build confident leaders. We help job seekers find jobs they will love, and we help companies make sure they are doing all they can to have their employees love their jobs. Why does this matter? Because people who love their jobs are more productive, are easier to manage, and are all around better workers. Work shouldn't suck and if it does, no one benefits. I grew up on the stage, and now I am passionate about delivering genuine keynote stories about my experiences. I use real-world examples and valuable lessons that showcase successes and failures. My interactive approach, fun style and action-oriented focus allow participants to leave with practical tools, ideas, and inspiration they can use right away to achieve greater success in the workplace. I speak to professional associations, companies, franchises, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
