Ken is a marketing executive, entrepreneur and currently CEO of Mediacast. Ken started his first company at age 19 and possesses a unique ability to build businesses and lead in both large public companies and smaller entrepreneurial ventures. A rare blend of “big picture” visionary thinking and tactical execution knowledge in marketing, investment, operations, product strategy and finance. As Chief Creative Officer at National Cinemedia (NCMI), the world's largest Cinema Ad Network, Ken oversaw all production and launched NCM's groundbreaking pre-feature program, “FirstLook”. Under Ken’s direction, FirstLook became the world’s leading cinema pre-show generating over $3 billion in ad revenue. As Chief Business Development Officer Ken formed long-term strategic marketing alliances with major brands in digital commerce, media and entertainment with companies like Sony, Disney, and Microsoft. Ken was in charge of developing alternative long-term revenue opportunities including the formation of NCM’s interactive division, its internal creative agency, consumer marketing team, its corporate venture group, and numerous revenue generating product lines. Ken launched and lead NCM’s internal award winning Creative Agency. The agency services include all forms of creative production, and has produced over 30,000 projects for a variety of clients including Coca-Cola, Nike, Samsung, Target, Disney, and Lego. As Executive VP of Media and Interactive, Ken launched and lead the Interactive Division for NCM's Digital Product Strategy, including a 100 MAU online and mobile ad network, several successful mobile apps and platforms, and NCM's consumer marketing team. In 2014, Ken launched and lead NCM's Corporate Venture fund. A progressive media fund that invested in strategic emerging companies and brands. Ken now leads Mediacast Ventures, a unique growth stage venture capital firm helping emerging consumer products and brands to scale nationally.
