UCHealth’s first VP, Innovation - helped to develop and set the course for UCHealth’s CARE Innovation Center; implemented process, structure and strategy resulting in the vetting of over 200 digital health companies and the addition of new, exciting and transformational relationships in the areas of artificial intelligence, big data, decision support and virtual reality. Banner Health’s first Chief Nursing Officer, Telehealth Services - expanded the eICU model to include all ICUs in the system, implemented and studied continuous monitoring models (within the hospital as well as in the home) using wearables; co-developed Intensive Ambulatory Care with Philips; developed TeleBehavioral Health service
