Over the past 15+ years, I have acquired extensive experience in steering large-scale capital and complex technology projects to success by delivering on time, increasing system reliability from 92% to 99%, and directing professional teams to modernize data center systems. I revolutionize the design and delivery processes, and cultivating effective stakeholder relationships while securing successful facility remodels and ground-up construction. A few of my achievements include: Supervised 30 agents and direct reports to manage the contact center while increasing call volume from ~1800 (pre-Covid stage) to ~4000 calls (during Covid) by introducing new texting capabilities and software. Reduced downtime costs to less than $200K for the year from 2 weeks to not more than two days by onboarding a new virtual desktop provider and outsourced the existing VMWare Horizon View solution. Grew network bandwidth by 11x (650mbps to 7200mbps), which was available for all sites and guests while reducing OPEX spend on network circuits by lowering outages from 20 days to less than one day per year. Handled and supported 83,000 patients and 600+ staff on 13 campuses, increased 92% to 99% system reliability while upgrading software systems to new technologies, and updating failing end-user and data center technologies to state-of-the-art networks. Supervised 25 staff members and provided printing, graphic design, and IT services besides spearheading the state-of-the-art security infrastructure installation.
