As a start up and turn-around professional, I have dealt with a diverse collection of challenges throughout my career. As a CFO for small businesses, I not only focus on the financial aspects of the companies but work hard to help create a culture of collaboration throughout the company. I really enjoy working with bright entrepreneurs who have transformed their ideas into action. By guiding them to make informed decisions that try to anticipate all the various outcomes, I can hopefully help them avoid some of the pitfalls that I have encountered in past business situations. I absolutely love helping people make their dreams come true. It is so fulfilling to see them be successful. Working with a team is such a great dynamic. I guess that's why I enjoyed playing soccer and other team sports while I was growing up.
