Jim has a master’s Degree in systems management from the University of Southern California and a BS in Business Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Maryland, Jim has received certification in Human Resources, Human Resources Information, project management, client relationship management, Total Quality Management facilitation, sales, negotiation, strategic management and Workday HCM.
