Strategy: Defined and implemented a multi-year transformational IT strategy for several companies to include full roadmap definition and multiphase execution across the enterprise. Applications: Managed the enterprise application environment at five separate companies spanning over 15 years. Implemented more than 25 full lifecycle enterprise rollouts of ERP, CRM, PLM, PPM, typically on a global scale. Infrastructure: Managed the enterprise infrastructure environment at three separate companies spanning over 10 years. Implemented numerous improvements including data center consolidations, virtualization and global unified communications. Business Process: Deep business process expertise, from sales force automation to complex supply chain, I have covered all business processes multiple times and have a deep understanding across the enterprise. International: Led IT for companies with major business operations in Europe, Asia and South America. Managed significant IT teams in US, Germany, Israel, most recently a team of over 200 in Israel. M&A: Provided IT leadership for several international acquisitions and divestitures. Led IT due diligence, transitional services agreement definition and integration activities. In total, IT leader for six acquisitions and three divestitures totaling over one billion in revenue. Team Mgmt: Successfully managed teams from 15 to 200 across all IT domains. Demonstrated leadership, able to forge a high performing team that is highly motivated and delivers outstanding results. Security & Compliance: Experienced in IT security to include PCI certified internal data centers. Led IT organizations through initial and sustaining SOX/ISO 27001 compliance.
