I have a reputation for operational excellence within leading technology based companies. I believe in specific and measurable goals that connect the organization from individual contributor to CEO. I believe that goals must be placed upon a foundation of accountability through regularly scheduled reviews with leaders and employees using action item lists, owners, dates, one on one meeting and coaching session to achieve and beat company objectives. I also believe in a culture that rewards identifying and extracting saving and revenue opportunities within the operating functions of a company. I incorporate my (BS/CIS, ITILv3, CCNA, MCSE) and career experience (programming, network engineering, service delivery, information technology) to lead teams tasked with building, delivering and maintaining revenue generating services and networks. I set high performance standards and hold myself and each team to delivering results. I focus on process documentation and process improvement initiatives throughout organizations that I lead. Each team is challenged to generate value removing delay, handoffs and reducing quality defects. "This is the way that we have always done it" does not sit well with me when questioning process inefficiencies and issues. I have a natural curiosity always asking "why". I delight in developing a culture of energetic, creative and engaged individuals who are challenged and rewarded by thinking about their operational functions in a different manner. I have experience in both small and large organizations leading teams of a few key contributors to teams of 200+.
