I am an investor and partner in a 5,600 acre master-planned community in southern El Paso County near Colorado Springs. Prior to La Plata Communities, I was a public company CFO at Spectranetics for 13 years. During that time, revenue increased from $28 million to nearly $250 million and our market capitalization increased from $60 million to over $1 billion.
