I consider myself a lifelong learner. The world is exciting precisely because of its infinite variety and complexity. COMPETITIVE. Competition is rooted in comparison. I look at the world and am instinctively aware of other’s performance. Although gracious to my fellow competitors and even stoic in defeat, I compete to win on both a personal and company level. STRATEGIC. I see patterns where others simply see complexity. To find a better way, I ask, “What if?” Discarding paths that lead nowhere, I select the best course of action and then mobilize resources to strike!
