Frank's Summary

Frank is a telecommunications industry veteran experienced in the construction, operation and management of fiber, microwave, and cellular networks, as well as neutral colocation data centers, and content delivery via desktop and mobile clients. He began his civilian career at Level 3 integrating networks for major clients following successive acquisitions. From there he consolidated the acquired companies' business processes and network inventory systems, then led the high speed transport design function. After Level 3, Frank built cellular networks riding microwave backbones. Later he joined Cologix where he was responsible for all operational processes & reporting, and project financial accounting. Frank founded Azimuth LLC in 2006, a consulting firm advising cable, wireless, telecom, data center, and news & media clients on their operations, finance, and information technology strategy. He is currently a co-founder and the CEO of ARM Data Center Software, a Denver-based startup that developed cARMa, the ultimate SaaS Network Inventory platform for network operators and data centers. Frank earned a BS in Biology from Georgetown, an MS in Project Management from George Washington, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova. He separated from the US Air Force as a Captain in the Space & Missile career field.
