Engaged both Operational and Clinical leadership to understand business needs and identify technology solutions. Partnered with IT PMO to prioritize IT programs and oversee execution. • Developed the strategy and roadmap that not only provided a state-of-the-art enterprise PACS and VNA platform for regional CDOs and has an annual savings of $12M+ but it also created a new business line for AI-Based Global Radiology Service • Upon joining, assumed leadership of Microsoft O365 implementation project that was off-schedule and returned it to “green status” within 3 months. More importantly, we were able to accelerate delivery of collaboration tools as COVID-19 quarantine took effect and reduce impact of remote working. • Spearheaded architectural and cultural transformation to “Do what’s right, the right way, at the right time” by championing Architectural Principles, bringing together fragmented architect and engineering resources, and aligning on Going Beyond the Run into Strategic Planning • Presented at organization Town Hall and IT meetings on Driving Exponential Change and Connecting the Dots • Collaborated and Invested in Relationships to achieve shared goals of reducing architectural debt and optimizing existing technologies while introducing both new and emerging ones
