My 30+ year career spans global HR leadership roles with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies and consulting firms with cross-industry clients experiencing organizational change from mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and downsizing. Through the years I have successfully designed and managed competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs to attract and retain talent for global companies with hundreds of employees across multiple countries. Known as a collaborative cross-functional team leader, I am a strategic thinker with a results-driven leadership style and a heart for employees. During my formative years as part of an expat family in the oil industry, I lived in and attended primary and secondary schools and universities in China, Indonesia, Iran, Spain & Venezuela, all of which influenced my desire to work with global organizations. I am fluent in Spanish and have studied Chinese, Farsi, Indonesian, and Italian.
