Background includes designing, implementing, configuring and securely running mission critical systems across diverse locations and datacenters. As IT Director I keep the bank competitive with much larger institutions by implementing leading edge technologies that enabled greater performance, better customer service and usually had an ROI of less than 10 months. As chairman of the Technology committee I am responsible for evaluating, demonstrating and recommend all technology hardware and software that is brought into the bank and I verify that all new systems adhere to our strategic goals. I created our Information Security Program along with all policies and procedures that support it. I have a very accomplished record of excellence in planning, coordinating, and controlling enterprise-wide solutions that substantially improve performance, security, cost and maintainability. I am a recognized technical resource having participated in many Technical Steering Committees outside of the bank that ranged from local technical hiring to worldwide software development direction and testing. As a manager and team member I contribute through collaboration, mentorship, excellent communication and truly believe no one should ever stop learning.
