Throughout my career I have been building the bridge between end-users and technology. My consultative expertise includes: • helping clients determine and implement effective and custom learning solutions, • increasing software investments ensuring end-users can do their jobs the right way, • providing newly available managed and maintenance services for training in the cloud – calling it Learning as a Service Training has changed and we are in a culture of workforce disruption. Rapid technology releases, multi-generational staff with diverse work styles, and global business reach. End-users deserve better training solutions and learning materials should be: • Modern: such as 'You-Tube' simulations and organized as microlearning • Engaging: including effective interactions such as quizzes and gamification • Accessible: on any device, anytime, anywhere TIA has extensive experience building custom training portals with a variety of eLearning authoring software. We leverage tools you have, or can make suggestions on best software to meet your needs, or provide these tools in our managed cloud services. Who Do We Work With?
