With over 25 years in the Corporate world in various sales and leadership positions, I observed something consistent that was concerning to me. High Achievers continually sacrificed much of what they valued to obtain their success. They were constantly chasing the next goal, always trying to get somewhere. Yet when they arrived it simply was not enough. Trying to stay in control of everything it finally got tiring, old AND... unfulfilling. What got them there no longer worked. Seeing a need for many CEOs and Executives living in a constant state of stress, devoid of any true joy and fulfilment, I started my firm to help High Achievers break free, without having to sacrifice future results. I work with highly motivated executives, entrepreneurs, and celebrities who have passion and the desire to improve professionally and personally to learn to redirect their drive from the external to the internal.
