Epic1 Director of Integration and Reporting & Analytics • Functioned as one of the Directors on the Epic1 Program Leadership Team responsible for program success. Overall project met all milestones and was delivered under budget. • Managed 35+ staff and contractors. • Was responsible for all integration with Epic to include over 350 interfaces with over 120 systems, all clinical data conversions and integrated over 5500 Medical Device’s with Epic. In this role, worked closely with hospital, medical group and Washington University leadership and technology teams. • Lead effort to oversee our Cogito Reporting and Analytics team to develop over 2,200 operational reports and approximately 250 functioning dashboards. • Function as key member of our Reporting Executive Council and co-chair of the Reporting Leadership Steering Committee. These groups helped define our reporting strategy for BJC and Washington University. • Responsible for overseeing the Clinical Decision Support effort which implemented over 750 real time CDS Best Practice Advisories. • Acted as PLT lead in hospital control centers for Epic go live at Barnes Jewish St. Peters, Sullivan Hospital and St. Louis Children’s Hospital. • Lead an effort to evaluate over 15 clinical Area’s of Interest to be considered for scope within the Epic program.
