With over 19 years of financial management, consulting and audit experience, I serve dual leadership roles at CBIZ: the first as the Senior Managing Director of the Denver office of CBIZ MHM, LLC; and the second as the President and Senior Managing Director of CBIZ Risk & Advisory Services, LLC. CBIZ MHM is a nationally ranked provider of accounting, tax, and business consulting services. As the leader of our Denver office, my focus is to enhance our commitment to client service, community investment and team development. As the leader of CBIZ Risk & Advisory Services for the past eight years, I have transformed an underperforming internal audit department into a world class function. This transformation included modification to risk assessment methodology, implementation of formal policies and procedures, electronic workpapers, Information Technology reviews and the establishment of an anti-fraud program. In both roles at CBIZ, I aim to achieve success by driving revenue growth, building an expert team to serve our clients at the highest level, and implementing operational improvements.
