For over 25 years my career has included research, development, and the commercialization of medical technologies. In addition to my current role as CEO of RegenX, I have held C-level positions at 3 other orthopedic-focused start-ups where I helped bring important medical innovations to market. During my academic career, I was a faculty member at Harvard Medical School and was a Principal Investigator (ran my own research laboratory) in the Department of Orthopedics at the Massachusetts General Hospital. I enjoy working closely with teams comprised of scientists, engineers, and MDs to solve important and challenging healthcare problems. In organizations large and small, I have proven to be a highly effective leader. Never satisfied with the status quo, I am well equipped to lead change, drive innovation and inspire others to do the same. I take great interest in developing the staff I hire and am delighted to see them grow and succeed.
