Aaron's Summary

I am a nationally recognized entrepreneur, fundraiser, political consultant and facilitator. My mission to empower people and communities is evident in the companies I've created, the non-profit organization's I've started, and my community advocacy work. Since 2009, I have raised over $60M for more than 100 organizations in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. I am the CEO of 3PG Consulting, a fundraising and development consulting firm, and co-founded Battleground Solutions, an international political consulting firm. I also serve as co-founder and Executive Director of the Best Year Yet Foundation, the corporate foundation of InteraWorks, an international learning and development company; and co-founded Democracy Win, an international advocacy organization working to elevate women, minorities and young people to all levels of leadership. I have received national accolades for these efforts including: 2016 40 Under 40 Award Winner by the American Association of Political Consultants; the only fundraising firm in the U.S. named to the Aristotle Campaign Dream Team in 2010 and 2011; and featured guest on Colombia Television 1, CNN en Espanol Radio and Voto Latino Pop-up Dallas. I have been recognized for my leadership as the Government Affairs Co-Chair for the Rocky Mountain Anti-Defamation League, President of Strategic Connections Front Range Chapter, and earned a Digital Media and Learning Award from the MacArthur and HASTAC Foundations for CivicsLab, an innovative blend of technology and education to inspire kids' participation in civic engagement. Previously, I taught English as a Second Language in Costa Rica and spent nearly a decade in Washington, DC where I completed a Masters in International Economics from the George Washington University, lobbied on Capitol Hill for international trade, and managed $30M a year in foreign currency accounts at a major DC based financial institution.
